Description of problem:

When an application inherits assessment from an assessed archetype and when the questionnaire is archived post assessment ,
the 'Assessment' status for the applications shows 'Completed' instead of 'Not started' .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Associate an unassessed application to an archetype
2. Assess the archetype using one questionnaire
3. After successful assessment of archetype , make sure the application inherits assessment from the archetype and its 'Assessment' status shows 'Completed'.
4. Archive the questionnaire.

Actual results:

App 'Assessment' status shows 'Completed' instead of 'Not started' for inherited assessment after questionnaire is archived

Expected results:

App 'Assessment' status should show 'Not started'
