      Description of problem:

When there are no required questionnaires and when an application is associated with unassessed archetypes, the app drawer incorrectly shows that the
      associated archetypes have been assessed.

Also, refer to the following Jira card through which assessed archetypes get listed on application side drawer . This was introduced in upstream_v0.3.0-rc.3 .
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MTA-1834 Assessed archetypes should be listed on application side drawer

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTA 7.0.0-50

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create 2 archetypes.
      2. Create an application so that it gets associated with the above archetypes.
      3. Make sure no questionnaires have been marked as required.

      Actual results:

App drawer incorrectly shows that its associated unassessed archetypes have been assessed.

      Expected results:

'Archetypes assessed ' on app drawer should get populated only when any of the the associated archetypes are assessed.
