      Description of problem:

An application should be considered assessed only when all associated archetypes are assessed. This used to work fine on older builds of MTA and is a regression on upstream. On upstream_v0.3.0-rc.3 , an application is considered assessed when at least one associated archetype is assessed and therefore the application 'Assessment' status shows 'Completed' after at least one associated archetype is assessed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      upstream_v0.3.0-rc.3

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create two archetypes.
      2. Create an application so that it gets associated with the above archetypes.
      3. Assess one archetype with one required questionnaire.

      Actual results:

An application is considered assessed when at least one associated archetype is assessed.

      Expected results:

An application should be considered assessed only when all associated archetypes are assessed.
