This is a pure upstream issue, no QE is expected.

Intent is to track the minimal work we need to rebrand Tackle to Konveyor in upstream.

1) Rebrand operator from tackle2 to konveyor

2) Update UI logos from Konveyor-Tackle to Konveyor

3) Update upstream doc references from Tackle to Konveyor

We are likely to defer repo name changes until we know more.

Timeline:  We are looking for an alpha release of upstream rebranded Konveyor in ~March to help us get ready for 6.1.0 work in downstream.
