Architect user can't manage application's credentials

100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a credential and an app as admin user
2. Login as architect user
3. Try to assign credentials to an app

Actual results:

Respective line is missing in app's kebab menu

Expected results:

Line should be there and function as expected
