Description of problem:

An application/archetype is considered assessed when all required questionnaires have been answered .

For an application, the 'Assessment' status correctly shows 'In progress' when all the required questionnaires have not been answered. However, the 'Application risk' field on the application drawer panel doesn't reflect this and shows low/medium/high instead of 'Unknown'.

This applies to archetypes as well.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an application.
2. Mark 2 questionnaires as required.
3. Assess the application using one questionnaire.

Actual results:

1) 'Assessment' status correctly shows 'In progress'  when all required questionnaires have not been answered.
2) 'Application risk' field shows the risk assessment based on the answered questionnaire
and shows high/medium/low instead of Unknown.

Expected results:

'Application risk' field should get set (high/medium/low)only after all required questionnaires have been answered and should show 'Unknown' until all required questionnaires have been answered
