      Description

there's an issue where the system repeatedly shows a warning message about overriding an inherited assessment when reassessing an application.

This warning, appropriate for the first assessment, incorrectly reappears on subsequent reassessments, suggesting that the application is still inheriting its assessment, even after it has been overridden. This redundancy could cause user confusion.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new archetype
      2. Create a new application
      3. Assosiate the application with the archetype using tags
      4. Assess the archetype
      5. In the application inventory page assess the application
      6. confirm the warning
      7. Click on assess again

      Actual results

The UI displayes the same warning message indicating that the Inherited assessment will be overridden

      Expected results

The warning should not be displayed to the user since it was already displayed the first time
