Description of problem:
Upon altering a user's role, such as downgrading permissions from 'Admin' to 'Migrator', there is a noticeable delay of approximately 5 minutes before these changes take effect. During this interval, the user retains the ability to execute actions associated with their previous, higher permission level (e.g., admin tasks).
This issue is similarly observed when a user account is deleted; the user is able to continue accessing and performing actions within the system for about 5 minutes before being logged out and their access is fully revoked.
This delay poses a security and operational concern that needs to be addressed in the documentation.
