      Description of problem:

       As shown in attached screenshot , the message shown when re-reviewing an application is wrong . It shows "message.overrideReviewConfirmation".

      Message should be something like
      " Do you want to edit review of this application ?"

            Moved back to modified in error, probably by the github/Jira bot.
