Description of problem:

Markdown format seems to be broken when displaying the message of an issue in both the main Issues view and the incident detail.

Steps to Reproduce:

Browse any issue with markdown formatting in its message

Actual results:

Format is broken. Code snippets are not displayed properly. (See attached screenshot)

Expected results:

Format is correct. (See attached screenshot for the same issue being rendered in a Windup report).
