As a user, I want the ability to unlink an application from a Jira ticket, so that I can manage the links between applications and tickets more effectively.

Task 1: Add an unlink icon to the application row in Migration waves

Task 2: Within the Application profile (side drawer) add a Migration waves header and include the jira ticket link as well as the associated Migration wave (if applicable). Next to the Jira link should be an unlink icon, as well as, the status icon.
