Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the analysis wizard for https://github.com/konveyor/tackle-testapp (credentials are required)
2. On the "Custom rules" window -> fill in the Repository tab:
   Repository type: Git
   Source repository: https://github.com/mguetta1/book-server
   Branch: rules_file
3. Submit analysis

Actual results:

There is no indicate regarding ignored rules files in the analysis details

Expected results:

According to custom-migration-targets enhancement, there should be an informative message related to each ignored file
