Description of problem:

When conducting an analysis by uploading a binary file, the 'Next' button becomes enabled as soon as the file upload begins.

If the user clicks it before the upload is finished, the analysis starts without an actual application uploaded, resulting in a failed analysis

How reproducible: Always 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an application and open the analysis wizard on it
2. Select "Upload binary anaysis" and select a binary file

Actual results:

The "Next" button is enabled as soon as the upload begins.

Expected results:

The "Next" button shouldn't be enabled until the upload has finished.
