      Description of problem:

      Issue details are too narrow and don't have close button, tab should be resized to see close button

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      7.0.0-15

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Open issues list
      2. Click on amount occurrences on any issue
      3. Click on app name

      Actual results:

      Close button will not be there until user will expand that tab
