      Description of problem:

      Busines service with owner fails to be created

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       7.0.0-1

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Start creation of new BS
      2. Add owner
      3. Try to save

      Actual results:

      BS is not created, UI shows mistake

      Expected results:

      BS should be created with respective success message
