[Regression] Application dependency selection doesn't get saved

      Description of problem:

      Northbound and southbound dependencies for applications don't get saved. 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTA 7.0.0-15

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a few applications: app1, app2, app3
      2. Click the kebab menu for app2; Click 'Manage dependencies'.
      3. Try to add app1 as a northbound dependency and and app3 as a southbound
      dependency.

      Actual results:

      Northbound and southbound dependencies for applications don't get saved. 

      Expected results:

      Northbound and southbound dependencies for applications should get saved.
