• Display Assessment, Review status for archetypes

What is the nature and description of the request?

• The UI currently doesn't display the Assessment and Review status.
  The Migration->Archetypes page has the following columns :
  Name, Description, Tags, Maintainers, Applications

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• It would be useful to know the status of Assessment and Review for archetypes.
