1. Analyze the attached application using windup cli with the options specified above
2. Analyze the attached application using kantra cli with the options specified above
3. Open both reports

Actual results:

 Windup's reported 28 issues (most of them mandatory and potential) while Kantra only reported 6.

Expected results:

Alt least mandatory and poitential issues should match between windup and kantra
