[CLI] [KANTRA] The Mailing List link points to the index.html file

      Description of problem:

      The mailing list link in the info dialog of the generated static reports points to the index.html file of the report 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): upstream 

      How reproducible: Always 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Execute an analysis on any app
      2. Open the static report
      3. Click the question mark icon in the top right corner of the page

      Actual results:

      The "Mailing List" link points to the index.html file of the static report

      Expected results:

      The link should point to the correct address.

            This issue is no longer reproducible on the latest version of Kantra.

            Hey this issue was fixed in https://github.com/konveyor/static-report/pull/44

            Since Kantra uses static-report as a base image, there has to be a timing issue where latest image you used didn't have that change yet.

            The "Mailing List" is entirely removed. So, this looks like a stale image to me.

            This issue is still reproducible in the latest kantra version pulled from the latest quay image with the following digests:

            Since there is no Mailing List for Konveyor as a whole, we have removed the mailing list icon.
