[CLI] [KANTRA] Project Version shows a placeholder instead of the actual value in the static reports

      Description of problem:

      The static reports generated by Kantra show a placeholder in the version field under the info dialog instead of showing its actual value

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): upstream 

      How reproducible: Always 

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Execute an analysis on any app
      2. Open the static report
      3. Click the question mark icon in the top right corner of the page

      Actual results:

      A placeholder is displayed under the "version" field 

      Expected results:

      The "version" field should display the version number.

            This issue is no longer reproducible on the latest version of kantra

            This issue is still reproducible in the latest kantra version pulled from the latest quay image with the following digests:
