      Description of problem:

      The user can disable the Refresh Tokens feature in Keycloak for the mta-ui client, but once it is off MTA UI fails to load data after ~5 mins (guessing once the token expires)

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      MTA 6.1 GA & MTA 6.2 GA

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the Keycloak administration web console
      2. Navigate to Clients -> mta-ui
      3. On the Settings tab, expand "OpenID Connect Compatibility Modes" -> turn off "Use Refresh Tokens" option and Save

      Actual results:

      Wait for ~5 mins - MTA UI fails to load data. "Unable to connect"

      Expected results:

      Since it is a feature provided by Keycloak and the user can turn it off/on - it should not break the MTA UI

      Workaround:

      Page reload helps for the next 5 mins
