      Description of problem:

When clicking on any issue and inspecting the affected files, the incidents are always marked on line 0, regardless of the file or incident

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): upstream

      How reproducible: Always

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create an application with the following repository and run a source analysis on it (https://github.com/ibraginsky/book-server)
      2. Go to "Issues" and filter that application
      3. expand any of the issues and click "affected files"

      4. Click on any of the files

      Actual results:

All incidents are reported on line #0 no matter the incident or file.

      Expected results:

The incidents should be reported in their corresponding lines, not always on line 0 because it doesn't exist

      Additional info:

[MTA-1252] [Dynamic Reports] Incidents are always reported on line 0 of the file
