MTA crashes cluster nodes when running bulk binary analysis due to requests and limits not being configurable

      Description of problem

      When running a bulk analysis on multiple binary applications, MTA pods start to crash and the UI becomes inaccessible.

      How reproducible

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into MTA UI
      2. Create 5 applications, providing valid binary info.
      3. Run a bulk analysis on these 5 applications, selecting the  "Application and all dependencies, including known Open Source libraries" option.
      4. Wait for a few minutes.

      Actual results

      All analyses start at the same time and , after a few minutes, some pods start to crash, making the UI inaccessible.

      504 error when trying to access the UI
