• Handling locked applications when removing in a bulk

What is the nature and description of the request?

• When user selects multiple applications and wants to remove them in a bulk, delete button is not clickable if there is a locked application among those selected ones.
  The idea is to allow user to click delete, but show warning that some of applications are locked and will be left on their places.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• This will simplify application management in MTA
