• Locked resources should have respective marker

What is the nature and description of the request?

• MTA has several types of resources that can be locked when they are in use, like credentials, jira connections, etc. There is no way to know that they are locked (in use) until user will try to delete them. I would like to add a lock symbol, or to show with color, or with different font (or any combination, TBD) to show that resource is locked.

Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• This will improve visibility and general user experience of application, no BR currently
