      Description of problem:

      MTA 6.0.0 is updating to 6.0.1 regardless subscription is configured for `Manual` update

       

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): MTA 6.0.0, IIB 423486

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Follow instructions in this doc
      2. Configure subscription as manual
      3. install tackle CR

      Actual results:

      Deployment will install 6.0.0 and it will be automatically upgraded to 6.0.1

      Expected results:

      Deployment should not upgrade until allowed to do so

            This problem is resolved in 6.0.1-9, verified and install was successful.
