Description of problem:

Tried to edit an Application/Job function/ Business services fields no notification/message is displayed at top indicating "<Item> was successfully saved."

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigated to Application Inventory or Controls
2. Click on edit from the kebab menu and update the required fields
3. Click on Save 

Actual results:

No notification about the data is saved successfully being displayed

Expected results:

Expected result ex: Success alert:Stakeholder group was successfully saved.
