Current optional dependency implementation is complex and buggy.
Optional dependency represents a two way bridge between
dependent and dependency. Its implementation must be
straightforward and very simple.

Please note even if we will simplify and fix optional dependency implementation
optional dependencies are still considered broken and should be avoided.
