The dead letter channel error handler should enforce the MEP to be InOnly for messages send to the DLQ.

For example if you route a InOut message and have a JMS endpoint as DLQ then JmsProducer will expect a reply due MEP is InOut when sending to DLQ.
Therefore the MEP should always be forced to b InOnly when sending to DLQ.
