Updates need to be done in other OCP operators deploying DaemonSet pods to move to EndpointSlice.

We need to gather the list of impacted operators but for OCP core, we know at least about:

• network-metrics-service (namespace: openshift-multus) from github.com/openshift/cluster-network-operator
• ovnkube-node (namespace: openshift-ovn-kubernetes) from github.com/openshift/cluster-network-operator
• machine-config-daemon (namespace: openshift-machine-config-operator) from github.com/openshift/machine-config-operator

Layered operators such as netobserv are also impacted.

https://github.com/prometheus-operator/prometheus-operator/pull/7982 should help to move to endpoint slice servicemonitor basis. We might need to create PRs/notify team about moving to endpointslices.
