Issue:
When using openshift-monitoring-plugin which uses NGINX has its NGINX version exposed when hitting a non-existent page in the nginx component (404).
Below is the url is used to expose the NGINX version used by the monitoring-plugin. (It will bring you to the default NGINX 404 page)
<your-cluster-url>/locales/resource.json?lng=%27&ns=plugin__monitoring-plugin

Ask: Version of NGINX should be hidden/removed
