Currently, CMO (Cluster-Monitoring-Operator) only has gofmt enabled for linting. This task would imply:

Adding golangci-lint as a target in CMO's Makefile
Installing golangci-lint binary as a part of CMO's tooling
Fixing current static checks violations in CMO's code.
