Request for adding a new label to acm_managed_cluster_info metric.

The goal is to adding a new label to acm_managed_cluster_info metric, which has already been collected by telemeter client. The original requirement is traced with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-3227.

acm_managed_cluster_info

acm_managed_cluster_info provides Subscription watch and other information for the managed clusters for an ACM Hub cluster.

New labels

• `hub-type`, it indicates the type of the installed operator of the ACM Hub Cluster. And its possible values are `mce`, `acm`, `stolostron-engine` and `stolostron`.

The cardinality of the metric will not change after the new label is added.
