Request for sending data via telemetry

The goal is to collect metrics about service mesh control plane usage (size and versions) because today we are only able to obtain output from the default operator and CRD metrics.

cluster:servicemesh_members:sum

cluster:servicemesh_members:sum represents the Service Mesh Control Plane Namespaces counter sum of the cluster.

Labels

• smcp_version, possible values are 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4
• smcp_mode, possible values are MultiTenant, ClusterWide

The cardinality of the metric is at most 8 at a given time.
