      In order to offer a correlation experience, we should add a logs link in the alert detail. see proposed UI: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1A9EzemehaR6zrcYrBXJvWQnPIKVDz77hNcTv_l7ctNs/edit#slide=id.ge9107684c4_8_59

      Requirements:

      • Display the link only when the logging console plugin is installed
      • The link to logs must include a logs query including the related resources
