It would be a good idea for the CLI to provide some diagnostic data on the successful completion of an operation.

A/C:

• obsctl is able to provide statistics like time taken by a request, bytes transferred, etc
• Maybe it is also able to output a trace/metric for a request (cc: prekumar@redhat.com )
