Monitor operator watches count is often going over the threshold set in the openshift-tests for Single Node clusters. This causes a lot of single-node CI failures.

I've created a PR a while ago to increase the test threshold -

Would appreciate a review/approval from the monitoring-team since the reason the test exists in the first place is to get your attention about this - maybe you want to look into why too many watches are being created, or maybe you're okay with simply increasing the threshold.

This is a major pain point in single-node CI in the last few months, a lot of test runs fail solely on this issue
