Remove UI access from the Thanos routes

      After installing or upgrading to the latest OCP version, the existing OpenShift routes to the Thanos services are updated to be a path-based route to '/api/v1'.

      DoD:

      • It is not possible to access the Thanos UI via the OpenShift routes (openshift-monitoring/thanos-querier and openshift-user-workload-monitoring/thanos-ruler).
      • Using a bearer token with sufficient permissions, it is possible to access the /api/v1/* endpoints via the OpenShift routes.
