Add prometheus-adapter audit logs in CI

    Description

      Once MON-1786 configures prometheus-adapter audit logs in CMO, we will want to look into adding these logs in CI so that we could access them via Loki on CI runs as it was done for the apiserver in https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/21636.

          Task - Represents a small unit of work that is not end-user facing. MON-1786 Allow OpenShift users to configure audit logs for prometheus-adapter

The existence of an easily implemented workaround can also lead to this priority level instead of a higher priority.
