In MON-939 we started the process of ensuring all alerts have a namespace label. We've fixed the ones we know of that are shipped by CMO, but quite a few other components seem to ship alerts that don't include the namespace label.

We need to run the Telemeter query in the original ticket, and file Bugzillas against components asking that they either adjust the expressions used in the alerts to include a namespace, or else add a static label if appropriate.
