Synchronize jsonnet and libraries in CMO

      After new branch of kube-prometheus is released we need to synchronize jsonnet in CMO. Jsonnet dependencies in should be pinned to release branches and not master/main.

      This also needs to ensure correct versions of components are placed in objects labels.

      Next golang dependencies need to be bumped.
