Clear overview of pending and progressing rollouts

To be able to deliver higher SLO as RHOBS we have to be aware of who and what is being rolled to the cluster. It cannot be eventually consistent, we need more observability in this space.

• See what rollouts are pending to cluster and what is its status
• Nice to have: Ability to hook into end of rollout and run acceptance tests
