Allow arguments to be passed to agents invoked by JBoss Modules

    Description

      MODULES-393 implemented JBoss Modules to be used as an agent and then invoke agents passed as arguments. However if parameters were used in the -javaagent argument then the again would fail to load as they were not parsed out and passed to the agent.

      There should also be a check for the premain(String.class) method if the two argument method does not exist.
