Eliminate deprecated org.jboss.modules.ModuleIdentifier, followup of JBEAP-10616

DR18 stats show that some of reported issues were resolved but there is big jump 477 org.jboss.modules.ModuleIdentifier in org.jboss.modules has been deprecated

I've discussed this exact issue with David few days back and we did agree this is something that should be done post WildFly 11 aka Post 7.1
Whole ModuleIdentifier removal is quite a big thing, it might even result in model change in few places to get rid of the "slot".

But anyhow, that is something that wont be target for WF11
