ModeShape cannot be built on multi-user machine

    Description

      The ModeShape build creates files under the directory:

      /tmp/cargo

      (unix OS). This directory is not deleted after the build has finished. Another user
      cannot then run a ModeShape build.

      This directory should be created either in the user's home directory or under
      the checkout/build directory.
