CND sequencer doesn't work correctly

I've published CND file (images.cnd, attached to JIRA) into /files directory so it should be picked up by appropriate sequencer. When I looked into sequenced/cnd/images.cnd to check results from sequence process,I found there only one node with primary type nt:unstructured instead of nodes defined in my CND file.

CND sequencer documentation isn't very specific about behaviour of this sequencer, I expect (correct me if I am wrong) that this sequencer will create same node structure as defined in CND file provided.
