We need to add the following two operations in ModeShape to allow for search and retrieval of artifacts in the Jopr plugin:

1. Find Paths for File - returns a list of files and path that satisfy search criteria
Parameter1: Search string - should allow for xpath-like syntax (*/foo/*bar.vdb)

2. Get file - downloads and saves file
Parameter1: Full path to file
Parameter2: Location to save file to

These then need to be exposed as ManagedOperations in ManagedEngine for use in Jopr
