Add Support for Session.hasCapability

JCR 2 adds Session.hasCapability, but the requirements are incredibly loose. Always returning "true" would technically satisfy the requirements. Conversely, there's no list of capabilities that have to be supported. A good start would be to support Node.addNode and wait for feedback to see where/if people want to use this.
