JndiRepositoryFactory Has a configFile Property That Points to a Resource - Not a File

The JndiRepositoryFactory has a setup property called "configFile", but the value of that file is loaded by the classloader (i.e., it's a resource, not a file). The name of the property is confusing and the documentation may be incorrect as well.
