Add support to run multiple ModeShape processes within a cluster. Changes made through Sessions on any of these processes should be visible (via observation) to all other processes in the cluster. Additionally, these changes should be applied to the connectors in a consistent and correct manner. Processes should be easily added and removed at any time, and no single process should be considered a "master".
